Thank you for choosing our travel packages. By booking a trip through our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to understand your trip rules.

1. Pricing

  • Prices on our website are usually per person.

  • They do not include tips, visa/passport fees, travel insurance, food/drinks, hotel extras, or laundry.

  • Prices may change without notice due to unexpected events, like airline ticket or hotel price increases.

2. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners.

  • Full payment must be made online using a credit card.

  • The charge will appear on your credit card statement.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • After payment, we will email you a confirmation slip.

  • You can use it as proof of payment for your trip.

  • Make sure your travel details are correct at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

  • Each tour, activity, or hotel has its own cancellation rules. Please read them before booking.

  • For combo tours, if you cancel part of it, the combo offer may not apply. Refunds will be based on individual tour prices.

  • Visa fees are non-refundable.

  • Make sure all tours in a combo are available before booking.

4.2 No-Show

  • If you miss your tour, no refund will be given.

  • This also applies to unused tickets, car rentals, transfers, or other services.

  • Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours or services.

5. How to Cancel

  • To cancel, notify us in writing (email, fax, or phone).

  • We will confirm your cancellation and any applicable fees.

  • VIP Desert Safari 24/7 is not responsible for cancellations we do not receive or confirm.

6. Itinerary Changes

  • Tours and services may change due to weather, flight schedules, or other reasons.

  • If changes happen, we will provide alternatives of similar value, depending on availability.

  • Minor itinerary changes may happen without refunds.

  • No refunds for natural disasters or emergencies.

7. Hotel & Check-in/Check-out

  • If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will arrange a similar alternative.

  • Hotel check-in and check-out times depend on the hotel.

  • VIP Desert Safari 24/7 cannot guarantee early or late check-in/out.

8. Travel Insurance

  • We are not responsible for accidents, illness, injuries, lost baggage, or trip cancellations.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

9. Travel Documents

  • Travelers must carry valid passports or ID.

  • No refunds will be given for lost or missing documents.

  • Check your country’s consulate for visa and health requirements before traveling.

10. Website Use

  • All content on our website (logos, images, tour details, pricing) is owned by VIP Desert Safari 24/7.

  • You may not use it for commercial or illegal purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • We do not provide services or products to countries under OFAC sanctions, in line with UAE law.

12. Governing Law

  • Any dispute or claim will be governed by the laws of UAE.
